Discuss, consider and take any necessary action to approve a Notice of Relinquishment of Rights Regarding Disposition After Death of deceased (Kebede Bekele) who passed away in Williamson County, Texas.

There has been an inquest by the Justice of the Peace Pct 2 and the County has discretion to inter, pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 711.002(e).  Having established the right to provide for the disposition of the deceased, the County would relinquish that right to Susan Baker from Operation Liberty Hill, as an adult who exhibited special care and concern for the decedent and wherein no next of kin has come forward to claim the decedent.  (Section 694.002 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.)
