Williamson County sent out two thousand three hundred and thirty-two (2,332) notifications with fifty-two (52) document takers and received three (3) vendor submissions. The bids for the project have been reviewed and the apparent low bid, Joe Bland Construction, LP, was found to be responsive, mathematically correct, and materially balanced.  Joe Bland Construction has performed similar work on other projects and received positive references from those contacted.  The Road and Bridge Department recommends Williamson County award this solicitation to Joe Bland Construction, LP.  The funding source is P641 and point of contact is Jenifer Favreau.
