Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement, #2024178, between Williamson County and 5-F Mechanical Group, Inc., for HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance Services for Facilities Management in the not-to-exceed amount of $500,000.00 pursuant to Cooperative BuyBoard Contract #733-24 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement for HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance Services between Williamson County and 5-F Mechanical Group, Inc is required as the old Cooperative Contract expired at end of March 2024, and a new Cooperative BuyBoard Contract #733-24 went into effect April 1, 2024. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2024, (the Initial Term). At the end of the Initial Term, this MSA shall automatically renew for four successive one-year terms (each a “Renewal Term”), with the same terms and conditions as set for in this Agreement. The effective date shall commence on the date awarded by the Commissioners’ Court. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order.
