Background
The CP&Y, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $150,000.00 from $300,000.00 to $450,000.00 to allow for the execution of a SWA for a more extensive site permit with the City of Austin. No other changes are proposed at this time.
