Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amendment to Second County Addendum for Interlocal Agreement on Private Psychiatric Hospital Beds Necessary During Covid-19 between Williamson County, Texas and Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center d/b/a Bluebonnet Trails Community Services.
Background
Due to supply chain issues that have caused delays to the construction and services to be provided through funding of the original Interlocal Agreement and its addendums, the dates for funding that are set forth in Attachment A and Attachment C of the Second Addendum for Interlocal Agreement are being extended to December 31, 2024.
