Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and Johnston, LLC., being dated effective January 28th, 2022, relating to the Justice Complex Improvements.
Background
This Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Agreement for Design & Engineering Services is made to compensate the firm for the additional services of updating the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Low Voltage drawings which were previously signed and sealed pertaining to the Justice Complex Improvements.
