Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 subdivision (revision 2) – Precinct 2.

This is the second revision to the preliminary plat of Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Ph 2 that was initially approved on March 8, 2022, and the last revision approved on April 9, 2024.  Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments and lot layout.  This revision includes an addition of 37 single family lots and an increase of 2,302 linear feet of new public roads.  With this revision, the proposed Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 subdivision consists of 773 single family lots, 3 open space/water quality/landscape/detention/utility lots, 8 open space/landscape/utility lots, 3 open space/ drainage/ landscape and utility lots, 1 amenity lot, 1 commercial lot and 34,854 linear feet of new public roads.
