Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Agreement #202565 for software and support services between Codex Corporation d/b/a Guardian RFID and Williamson County previously approved November 1, 2022, under Agenda Item #11 via BuyBoard Contract #669-22 for the amount of $60,729.76.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Corrections Office through technology such as digital inmate tracking, activity log, headcount, inmate ID and compliance monitoring. The renewal adds the Mission Control module and training and includes services and maintenance on existing hardware throughout the length of the agreement. This Agreement will be automatically renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year (1) periods. Funding source is 01.0100.0570.004500 per FY25. Origination #1428.
