Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Counseling Services Funding Agreement #202562 between Williamson County and Fostering Hope Austin for providing parenting strategies and counseling to participants in the Family Recovery Court Program.  In the amount of $7,250.00, exempting the purchase from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code § 262.024 (a)(4) a personal or professional service, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this funding agreement will benefit the Williamson County's Family Recovery Court with Fostering Hope Austin providing practitioners who are qualified to offer clinically recognized, trauma-informed parent training.  Trainers will provide parenting strategies to participants in the Family Recovery Court Program through scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions. Services will be invoiced on a per client, per session basis with a not-to-exceed cap for each individual client at $725. The term of this agreement will continue until September 30, 2026, unless terminated sooner as authorized within this agreement. The Agreement may extend beyond the initial term with a renewal of the agreement in writing and mutual agreement. Please see the attached agreement for more detailed information. There is no General Fund Budget impact on services rendered under this Funding Agreement.
