Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Lariat Section 11 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Lariat development.  It consists of 83 residential lots, 4 open space/drainage/pond lots, and 3 open space/drainage lots along with 4,911 feet of new roads to be maintained by the North San Gabriel MUD No. 1.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2024-08-21 – initial submittal of the final plat
2024-09-20 – 1st review complete with comments
2024-09-27 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2024-10-10 – 2nd review complete with comments
2024-10-18 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2024-11-01 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2024-11-07 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2024-11-14 – final plat placed on the November 19, 2024 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
