Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 10 to the Utility Coordination/Relocation Services contract executed July 16, 2019 between Williamson County and Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. relating to the Corridor and Road Bond Programs. Project: On-Call. Fund Source: Corridor & Road Bonds.
Background
This Contract Amendment No. 10 increases the compensation cap by $3,181,900.00 from $13,135,000.00 to $16,316,900.00. This will allow the utility coordinator Cobb, Fendley & Associates to continue providing utility coordination and engineering services on an on-call basis for the Corridor and Road Bond Program projects through March 2025. The increase includes $149,920.30 for FY25 Corridor activities, $1,049,361.60 for FY25 2019 Road Bond activities, and $2,352,353.00 for FY25 2023 Road Bond activities. As well as $106,077.52 for the design of the Liberty Hill Bypass 501P Wilco Building Fire Line. This Amendment also updates their Exhibit D Rate Schedule based on the CPI equation in the master contract.
