Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #25IFB2 Commercial Lime Slurry, Hydrated Lime Slurry and Quicklime to the only bidder, Lhoist North America of Texas LLC.

Williamson County notified one hundred nine (109) vendors and received one (1) response to provide for the purchase of Commercial Lime Slurry, Hydrated Lime Slurry and Quicklime, delivered or delivered and spread evenly on projects within Williamson County.  After reviewing all pertinent information, the Road and Bridge Department recommends awarding IFB #25IFB2 to Lhoist North America of Texas, who provided the lowest and best bid and will be utilized on an as-needed basis, based on the scheduled jobs and locations and type of material. The budgeted amount is $250,000.00. No ensuing Agreement, bid submittal serves as contract.  The Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003597. The point of contact is Kelly Murphy.
