Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Public Affairs Office.
Background
An e-mail from the Public Affairs Office was received stating they inadvertently missed the first invoice notice. When ETC (the company providing consulting for the countywide survey) sent the second notice, they believed this was the last payment and were waiting on the final report. This is an FY2024 invoice to be paid out of FY2024 funding. FY25 funding is not sufficient to cover this.
