Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental Work Authorization No 5 to Work Authorization No 2 under Williamson County Contract between SWCA, Inc. and Williamson County dated February 25, 2020 for CR 255 Environmental Services. This supplemental is to increase the maximum amount payable to $69,291.32. Funding source: P546.
Background
Work Authorization No. 2 Supplemental No. 5 increases the authorized amount for the CR 255 environmental effort by $7,152.43 to allow for additional field survey for PCN and Texas Historical Commission (THC) memo recommending cultural resources compliance coverage for the gap at the south end of the project, where the project intersects the existing Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The termination date remains December 31, 2024.
