Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on appointing Henry Gideon to the ESD #3 Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.

Mr. Gideon has spent the bulk of his professional career in Fast Growth Districts, where he has successfully directed Long-Range Master Facilities Planning; Bond Program Planning; School Construction and Capital Improvement Planning. In support of school planning, he has also overseen and directed all aspects of land use planning & school site selection development including; real property purchases, due diligence studies, and successfully negotiated with a variety of authorities having jurisdiction to secure development agreements, along with infrastructure and utilities to fully support school site development.
