Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #2025161 between TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for a research database subscription of $300 per month, with a not-to-exceed amount of $2,500 for the remainder of our fiscal year and a not-to-exceed amount of $3,600 for additional years, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County Constables Office Precinct 4. TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. will provide real-time data that is updated daily to help locate persons, assets, and addresses with support through Social Media Search, Reverse Phone Lookup, Real-time Phone Carrier Search, and more.  The monthly billing rate is $300.00 per month and either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason upon notice to the other party. The funding source is 01.0100.0554.004210 for FY25. This has been approved by Contract Audit and General Counsel. Origination #2210. Department contact is Brian Olsen. TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. is publicly traded. Therefore, Form 1295 is not required.
