Background
Williamson County sent out over 11,300 notifications with 109 document takers. Wilco received five (5) submittals were received from qualified planners, landscape architects, architects and engineers to provide design services for the Twin Lakes Park Parking Lot project, 204 East Little Elm, Cedar Park, TX 78612. Hagood Engineering was determined to be the highest ranked firm through the evaluation process. Contract negotiations were conducted. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. The funding source is P654 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
