Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #25RFSQ7 to WSP USA Buildings, Inc., for the Processing Room Ventilation project, in the amount of Fourteen Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($14,750.00) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
WSP USA Buildings, Inc. is recommended for award through RFSQ #25RFSQ7 which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 01.07.25 agenda item no.32. WSP USA Buildings, Inc., is being recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 25RFSQ7 pool where the firm received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Design Services between Williamson County and WSP USA Buildings, Inc., is for the Processing Room Ventilation at the Old Game Warden Building, 517 Pine Street, Georgetown, TX. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The Funding Source is 01.0100.1050.004509 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
