Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement for Construction Services utilizing RFP #24RFP30 As Needed HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services, to 5-F Mechanical Group, Inc., for Sheriff’s Office Gun Range – HVAC Updates project, in the amount of Forty-Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Two Dollars and 01/100 ($47,502.01) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This project is for the Sheriff’s Office Gun Range-HVAC Upgrades utilizing RFP #25RFP30 As Needed HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services which was awarded on 04.09.2024, agenda item no. 57. This Agreement is between Williamson County and 5-F Mechanical Group, Inc, is for the Sheriff’s Office Gun Range, 3901 CR130, Hutto, Texas 78634. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. Detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1050.04509 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
