Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the final plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 3 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development.  It consists of 154 single-family lots, 3 landscape/PUE lots, 1 drainage/open space/water quality/landscape/PUE lot and 6,301 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $6,687,471.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2024-08-30 – 1st review complete with comments
2025-02-13 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-02-28 – 2nd review complete with comments
2025-03-10 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2025-03-14 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2025-03-20 – final plat placed on the March 25, 2025, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
