Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Bartlett Street Projects contract executed March 19, 2024, between Williamson County and IEA, Inc. relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program. Project: P687 Fund Source: Road Bonds

The IEA, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $176,000.00 from $500,000.00 to $676,000.00 to allow for the execution of a Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 for additional parcel acquisition documents from two to eight as well as providing a formal 30% schematic. The remaining increase under the cap will allow for future authorization of revisions to previously completed work due to the addition of six parcels along the project, added SUE information, and construction phase services once the project is ready for letting.
