Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2025199, between Williamson County and Valley View Group, LLC d/b/a Everline Coatings and Services Austin and Services Austin for Parking Lot, Warehouse and Parking Garage Maintenance in the not-to-exceed amount of $19,999.00 and authorize execution of the agreement.

This Master Service Agreement for Parking Lot, Warehouse and Parking Garage Maintenance between Williamson County and Valley View Group, LLC d/b/a Everline Coatings and Services Austin, is to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise. This agreement complies with Purchasing policy. The services to be provided include parking lot, warehouse and parking garage maintenance, including but not limited to line striping, pavement maintenance and repair, power washing, curbing, stenciling, and specialty flooring throughout various Williamson County facilities. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2025. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order.  The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination ID #2483, and the department contact is Christi Stromberg, Facilities Management.
