Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement for Design & Engineering Services # 2025213, between Williamson County and DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services for fire alarm upgrades in the not-to-exceed amount of $32,000.00 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Professional Service Agreement between Williamson County and DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. (25RFSQ7 – MEPFC pool CC 01/07/25 #32) provides for fire alarm upgrades. These include all carbon monoxide detectors required by the 2018 International Fire Code (IFC) at the Williamson County Central Texas Treatment Center (CTTC) located at 601 Alligator Rd., Granger, TX. DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. has been evaluated within the pre-qualified pool as the most qualified firm for this scope of work. This PSA will be valid as of the date of execution through August 03, 2026. The funding source is 01.0100.1042.004509 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
