Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Firefly Pointe Phase 2 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This subdivision is the next section of the Firefly Pointe development.  It consists of 253 residential lots, 5 open space lots, and 9,174 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $5,099,250.29 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2025-01-29 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-02-11 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2025-03-14 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2025-03-28 – 3rd review complete with comments 
2025-04-21 – 4th submittal of final plat with signatures
2025-04-23 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2025-04-24 – final plat placed on the April 29, 2025 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
