This proposed subdivision consists of 838 single family lots, 1 amenity lot, 3 open space/drainage lots, 14 open space/landscape lots, 1 open space/wastewater lot, and 35,661 linear feet of new roads to be maintained by Williamson County MUD No. 41 on 198.7 acres.
