Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Construction Service Agreement No. 2025261 between Williamson County and Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. for the CTTC Kitchen Remodel in the not-to-exceed amount of Fifty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Four Dollars and seven cents ($55,904.07) pursuant to BuyBoard’s Cooperative Contract #728-24 and authorize execution of the agreement.
