Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #22RFP106 for Integrated Pest Management Services with Pest Management, Inc. (Hill County Pest Control), for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, except for incorporation of the amended Pest Management Compensation Fees and updated County facility locations.

Background

This is the second renewal and includes a price adjustment that remains within the 25 percent threshold allowed under the county procurement policy. All other terms and conditions of the original contract will remain unchanged for the renewal period, which runs from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. The Facilities Management Department confirmed the vendor met all the County requirements for this contract and requested renewal. Funding Source: 01.0100.0509.003319.
