Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an Amendment to the Master Services Agreement (#202459) between Williamson County and MCA (formerly Knight Security) for $3,486.65 for Year 2 of 5, increasing the contract total from $161,124.62 to $164,611.27,and authorizing the execution of the amendment.

Approve the amendment to the Master Services Agreement (MSA) #202459 with MCA to reflect the Year 2 contract increase of $3,486.65 for the inclusion of the RR Annex, located at 1801 E. Old Settlers Blvd., in the Secure Plan. This amendment increases the contract total from $161,124.62 to $164,611.27. The Secure Plan includes security monitoring, support, and maintenance services. The Commissioner's Court approved the original contract on November 21, 2023 (Agenda Item #65). Future years may be adjusted if additional buildings are added to the plan.
