Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #25RFSQ35 Utility Coordination and Utility Engineering Services to Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc., in the maximum amount payable of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($8,500,000.00) for the Road Bonds Division, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Williamson County sent out over 8,060 notifications with 136 document takers and received 16 submittals from engineering firms interested in providing utility coordination and utility engineering services to Williamson County for roads, bridges, and other projects throughout the County. It is the recommendation of the evaluation committee to award to Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. Contract Audit and Legal Counsel reviewed. The funding sources are TBD-Road Bonds and the point of contact is Marie Walters.
