Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Construction Service Agreement No. 2025305 between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC for the Central Texas Treatment Center (CTTC) Building Automation System (BAS) in the not-to-exceeding amount of One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and Twenty Cents ($157,974.20) pursuant to Cooperative Contract #CSP-22-049MF and authorize execution of the agreement.

This Agreement for Construction Services between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC is for the Central Texas Treatment Center (CTTC) Building Automation System (BAS), located at 601 Alligator Rd., Granger, TX 76530.
