Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to ratify a License Use Agreement allowing the Federal Emergency Management Agency to utilize a classroom at the Williamson County EMS Building for a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC).  

Following the federal disaster declaration for the recent floods in central Texas, FEMA established a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) as a one-stop shop where people affected by a disaster can meet face-to-face with FEMA and other disaster recovery agencies to get help. This includes applying for assistance, getting updates on their applications, learning about housing options, and connecting with state, local, and nonprofit services. The DRC opened in one of the large classrooms of the EMS headquarters building on Friday, July 18th and will remain open every day from 8am to 7 pm for 30 days. FEMA is required to have a License Use Agreement in place to ensure the facility will be accessible and available for the full period of operation.
