Discuss and take appropriate action to approve Renewal #1 of the awarded contract under RFP #22RFP62 with Network Communications International Corp. (NCIC), for the continued provision of inmate telephone, video visitation, and digital mail services for Williamson County, for a one-year term under the existing terms and conditions.

This is Renewal #1 of Contract #22RFP62 with Network Communications International Corp. (NCIC) to continue providing inmate phone services, video visitation, and digital mail at the Williamson County Jail. The original contract was approved on May 31, 2022, Agenda Item #34 and includes a 36-month initial term, beginning after installation was completed. The contract allows for two optional one-year renewals, if both parties agree, under the same pricing and terms.  This renewal runs from August 8, 2025, to August 7, 2026.  This is a commission-based contract with no cost to the County and no funding source required. The Sheriff's Office/Corrections Department requested Renewal #1 and confirmed the vendor has met all the County requirements for this contract. The Point of Contact is Virginia Johnson
