Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and MODE Design Company dated February 28th, 2025, relating to the Fleet Shop Maintenance Addition.
Background
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and MODE Design Company is made to amend the language relating to "Exhibit A - Scope of Additional Services" to add site plan documentation and submittal to the City of Georgetown, "Exhibit B - Fee Schedule" for additional compensation to the vendor for additional services, and "Article 3 - Time for Performance of Additional Services" for additional time to complete services. The date has been extended to April 30th, 2026.
