Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, LLC is recommended for award through the 25RFSQ7 - MEPFC pool, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis on Pool CC 1/7/25 Agenda Item #32. Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, LLC is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 25RFSQ7 pool. Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, LLC received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Design & Engineering Services between Williamson County and Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, LLC to add three (3) split-system HVAC units for the basement, first, and second level Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) rooms located at the north end of the Criminal Justice Center (CJC) located at 405 MLK, Georgetown, TX 78626.
