Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line-item transfer for Road and Bridge.
Background
This transfer is necessary for material testing and geotechnical services for CR 201. In order to complete the design plans (scheduled to be completed by the end of the fiscal year), HNTB needs to use One Atlas for subgrade testing and geotechnical analysis. One Atlas already has a master contract with the County, but I believe this will be a new work authorization for CR 201. The contracts will be handled by HNTB.
The $30,000 requested is based on an estimate provided to us by HNTB.
