Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Residential Lease Agreement between Williamson County, as Landlord, and Brenda Damer, as Tenant, for the lease of the residence and improvements located at 9769 Highway 29 W Georgetown, TX 78628 and authorizing execution of the Residential Lease Agreement.
Background
The proposed lease would be for one (1) year, commencing on October 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2026. The lease may be renewed by the county and tenant for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. The proposed rent is One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Forty-Seven Cents ($1,328.47) plus Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars and Seventeen Cents ($367.17) for ad valorem taxes, subject to rental adjustments based on the CPI and ad valorem tax increases.
