Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between the American Red Cross and the Williamson County Office of Emergency Management establishing the terms and conditions under which the Red Cross will share client data with the County to ensure disaster-impacted residents are connected with recovery assistance for the July 2025 Texas floods.

The agreement will allow the American Red Cross (ARC) to share their data with the Williamson County Office of Emergency Management (Wilco OEM) regarding clients who have sought assistance from the ARC following the recent flooding in order to connect those clients with additional long-term recovery resources. This will benefit the County by providing Wilco OEM with data to follow up with individuals and families and assist them with resolving barriers, identifying other sources of support, and assisting them in navigating disaster recovery.
