Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No. 2 from Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. for the CTTC Kitchen Remodel in the amount of $2,500.00, which was approved by Williamson County Facilities Management Project Manager, Matt Weber, pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.

Background

This Change Order No. 2 is made to compensate the contractor, Falkenberg Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of $2,500.00 for RH value slab, higher than the adhesive manufacturer would warranty. This Change Order results in a net increase of $2,500.00. The original Contract amount was $55,904.07, and the Adjusted Contract Sum from Change Order #1 is $67,174.07. As a result of this Change Order, the new contract sum is $69,674.07 with no additional time needed for completion date of September 8th, 2025. Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Matt Weber was delegated change order approval authority on June 24th, 2025, by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record same into minutes of the Commissioners Court.
