Background
This is the second renewal of Contract #22RFP112 – Tennis Operations and Pro Shop Manager, between Rippner Tennis and Williamson County for the Parks Department. The original contract terms were approved by the Commissioners Court on September 13, 2022, under Agenda Item #69. The Parks Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all requirements to proceed with Renewal #2, under the same terms, conditions, and pricing as the existing contract, for the renewal term of September 14, 2025 – September 13, 2026.
