Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2025340, between Williamson County and Total Office Solutions, LLP DBA Move Solutions, LTD in the not-to-exceed amount of Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) per fiscal year pursuant to BuyBoard Cooperative Contract #738-24 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement between Williamson County and Total Office Solutions, LLP DBA Move Solutions, LTD, is to be able to utilize the vendor for moving services as needed throughout Williamson County Facilities. The contract number for BuyBoard is #738-24. No pricing sheet for this MSA. Scope of Work (SOW) with quoted amount to be verified by COOP vendor, which will be supplied by PO request. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through May 31, 2027. The funding source is 01.0100.1005.004509, Origination #3335 and the point of contact is Shantil Moore.
