Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and Johnston, LLC, being dated effective January 28th, 2022, relating to the Justice Complex Improvements.
Background
This Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Agreement for Design & Engineering Services is made for the purposes of obtaining Construction Administration Services and Project Close-Out Services in relation to both the security improvements at the Williamson County Justice Complex and the renovations to the Sheriff's Office gym facility.
