Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving ratification of agreement #2025358 between Williamson County and Camelback & Co, LLC DBA Servpro for emergency remediation services not-to-exceed amount of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Four Dollars and Twenty-Seven Cents ($19,524.27) and exempting requirements pursuant to the discretionary exemption as set forth under Texas Local Government Code § 262.024 (a)(2) [an item necessary to preserve and protect the public health or safety or the residents of the county].
Background
This Emergency Services Agreement is set to expire on 9.30.2025. Contract Documents and Ethics Form 1295 are on file. The agreement has been signed by the County Judge due to the immediate need to start the process of the remediation services at the Williamson County Sheriff's Office located at 508 South Round Rock St., Georgetown, TX 78626.
