Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Standard Agreement with Parkside on the River Municipal Utility District #2 for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff's Deputies to be effective October 1, 2025.

This is a new agreement for Parkside on the River MUD #2. This new agreement will give permission for Parkside on the River MUD #2 to contract County Sheriff's Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice that MUD for deputies' vehicle usage. The term of this agreement shall begin on October 1, 2025, and will have two additional one-year automatic renewals on October 1, 2026, and October 1, 2027. The agreement will be revisited with proper approval from the Commissioners Court for October 1, 2028 (FY'29)
