Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 and Work Authorization #2 to the CR 458 contract executed March 19, 2024, between Williamson County and Lockwood, Andrews & Newman, Inc. relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program.
Background
This Lockwood, Andrews & Newman, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $500,000.00 from $750,000.00 to $1,250,000.00 to allow for the execution of Work Authorization No. 2. The Work Authorization No. 2 is for PS&E design services in the amount of $713,337.66 and terminates on August 31, 2026. Project: P678 Fund Source: Road Bond
