Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a 2nd Amendment to the Standard Agreement with the Local Governmental Entity regarding off-duty contracting of County Sheriff's Deputies by and between the Ranch at Cypress Creek Municipal Utility District #1, Williamson County Sheriff's Office and Williamson County, Texas relating to a 2nd Amendment to the vehicle reimbursement amount.

On September 26, 2023, the Standard Agreement with the Ranch at Cypress Creek MUD #1 was approved in Commissioners Court for a three-year period at a $13.00/hour vehicle reimbursement rate effective October 1, 2023. On June 18, 2024, the Commissioners Court approved to increase the vehicle reimbursement rate to $14.00 per hour effective October 1, 2024, and on June 24, 2025, the Commissioners Court approved a 2nd increase effective October 1, 2025, to $15.00 per hour. Since the current Standard Agreement does not expire until September 30, 2026, the Sheriff's Office is presenting this 2nd amendment with the Ranch at Cypress Creek MUD #1 for the vehicle rate increase.
