Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with SBR Fun Events for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff's Deputies to be effective October 1, 2025.
Background
This is the annual renewal agreement that will give permission for SBR Fun Events to contract County Sheriff's deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. SBR Fun Events have bike rides and fun runs in the County. The First event is on October 5th for the Pink Strong Ride starting at 1500 Innovation Blvd in Hutto. The agreement will begin on October 1, 2025, and will terminate on September 30, 2026.
