Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 and Supplemental No. 3 to Work Authorization No. 1 to the Ronald Reagan, Segment D1 contract executed March 19, 2024, between Williamson County and Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP dba RK&K relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program.
Background
This Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP dba RK&K Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $350,000.00 from $2,900,000.00 to $3,250,000.00 to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 3 to Work Authorization No. 1. The supplemental is for additional design services in the amount of $211,232.79 and extends the termination to April 30, 2026. Project: P673 Fund Source: Road Bond
