Background
AT&T has existing facilities in conflict with the Bagdad Road Project. The Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $47,000.00. AT&T is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to AT&T by the County is $47,000.00 (100% of $47,000.00). Project: P343 Funding Source: 2019 Road Bond
