Background
Williamson County sent out over nine hundred eighty-two (982) notifications with forty-five (45) document takers and received two (2) submittals. The bids were reviewed and the apparent low bidder, Aaron Concrete Contractors, LP, was found to be responsive and materially balanced. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being low bidder, this vendor has performed similar work on other projects and received positive references. It is recommended to the Williamson County Commissioners Court that they award Aaron Concrete Contractors LP the contract for Via De Sienna and Ronald Reagan Intersection Improvements project. The funding source is 01.0200.0210.003599 and the point of contact is Jenifer Favreau.
