Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of a vehicle reimbursement agreement with Hart InterCivic Inc. for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff's Deputies to be effective October 21, 2025.
Background
This is the annual renewal agreement that will give permission for Hart InterCivic Inc to contract County Sheriff's deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. The agreement will begin October 21, 2025, and will terminate on September 30, 2026.
